Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Roundabout Resale Couture, we want you to love your luxury finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original security tags remain attached, as removed tags will void the eligibility for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and the original sales receipt.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the shipment is tracked and insured.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and intact security tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
